My name is John Katsigiorgis and I have taught in the Amityville School district for the last eleven years. This upcoming year will be my 13th year. Wow! I received my Bachelor's Degree from St. John's University and my Master's Degree from Queens College; my Administration Degree is from the College of New Rochelle. I am married and live in North Massapequa with my caring and beautiful wife that puts up with me.My daughter Maria Joanna is five years old and my son Stelios just turned three a few days ago.. I love soccer and currently coach the boys middle school soccer team. I am proud of my Greek heritage and background- I speak and write Greek fluently. I visit Greece every two years and l love to travel. I love almost all types of music-minus country- and I like to dance. I do not cook, but I love to eat. I think that learning is the greatest activity a human being can partake in that can never get stale or boring.
